The design
was always in my head from a very young age, and although I thought of studying
other things, this carrier was always my priority. However, I have never
thought much about what I will work when I finish my degree, but if I had to
decide between the many possibilities offered by design in the workplace world,
I think I would work in illustration or typography.
The reason
for these choices is that I really love the atmosphere that occurs when an
object or a format (whether it's a magazine, newspaper, children's story, etc.)
has illustrations in its content, since you are showing a small reality of
yourself that has a different weight compared to other types of disciplines,
and this different weight is given by the visual.
On the
other hand, there is typography, this complements very well with the
illustration since creating a typography also carries a certain intrinsic
visual weight to it, except in certain cases such as Helvetica which is
extremely neutral and therefore depending on where and how it goes is how a
message will be transmitted.
I think
these two options are at the top of my list for now and it's not like I've
thought too much of it haha. But there is always time to rethink things and
take a different path.
Ohh I think makes illustrations it’s amazing, I recently learned how to draw in Illustrator and I started to be obsessed with that.
